1. Introduction

• 4.1Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. • 4.2Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule, slots contribute 100% of wagers placed toward the wagering requirement. 6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

• 5.1Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, cl99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a software malfunction may be voided at cl99's sole discretion.
• 5.2Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by cl99's systems, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 9. Account Suspension and Termination

cl99 may suspend or permanently terminate a player's account at its sole discretion. The following section describes the circumstances under which cl99 may take action against an account, and the consequences for the player's balance and pending transactions.

• 8.1Grounds for Suspension: cl99 may suspend an account pending investigation if it suspects a breach of these Terms, suspects fraudulent activity, receives a valid legal request to restrict the account, or if the account is subject to a disputed transaction or chargeback. During suspension, the player may not deposit, withdraw, or place bets.
• 8.2Voluntary Closure: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cl99 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
• 8.3Balance on Termination for Cause: Where cl99 terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, prohibited conduct, or confirmed underage play, cl99 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds and bonus funds. cl99 will not be liable to the terminated player for any forfeited balance in such circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

cl99 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cl99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. cl99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

In no event shall cl99, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if cl99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. cl99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to These Terms

cl99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, cl99 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, cl99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued access to or use of cl99 following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 9. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
